Following are the rules and the regulations that need to be considered during your flights with us

Electronic Tickets (E-Ticket): Please remember that you must keep a copy of this Electronic Ticket throughout your trip because the Electronic Tickets are required to enter the airport, check-in, ticket refund or exchange tickets.

To enter the airport and for the purposes of check-in, you must show this Electronic Ticket along with an attached photo identification letter issued by the Government, such as passports, identity cards or Indonesian ID cards.

This Electronic ticket must be shown along with an attached photo identification letter at the time of ticket refund or exchange tickets.

If the existing data in the E-Ticket is different from the existing data in our reservation system, then that becomes the reference is the existing data on the reservation system. The cancellation of ticket reservation will be charged a cancellation fee, if any. Please contact Reservation and Ticket Sales Citilink for more information. By ordering this ticket, you agree to and accept all terms and conditions and the regulations of this ticket cancellations and exchanges.

The Cancellation and Refund of E-Ticket

The tickets purchased can not be returned, transferred schedule, and transferred ownership. Please contact our Call center or visit our website to find out about the procedure of Refund / Exchange / Printing Anniversary E-Ticket information, in accordance with the applicable ticket.
Attention: The contract for the carriage and other services that are available are referring to the provisions issued by the carrier.

If Passengers’s traveling covers long distances or transit in a country other than the country of origin of departure, the Warsaw Convention will apply, which regulate and, in most cases, limited the responsibilities of the carrier companies for death or injury and loss or damage to baggage.

Please note that these tickets are governed by different terms and other default conditions listed below, which are declared to be part of this document.

The Luggage Regulations in Cabin

The Economy Class passengers are allowed to carry luggage weighing up to 7 pounds with dimensions of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm in the cabin of Citilink. The weight of luggage in the cabin must not exceed 7 kg. Bags are allowed to be brought into the cabin as long as the dimensions are equal to or less than the dimensions listed above.

  1. The woman's handbag, pocketbook or wallets that are the appropriate for normal travel and are not used to shelter the tools are calculated as luggage.
  2. The coat, shawl or blanket.
  3. The small camera and or small binoculars.
  4. Baby food to be consumed during the flight.

People with Diffabilities Transportt

Passengers with diffabilities who need special assistance must notify the Company in particular of their needs to the Carrier Company at the time of booking. The company will transport the Passenger if all the special needs of the passengers have ben set properly. If the passenger does not notify the needs especially at the time of booking, the Carrier Company will still try to accommodate the special needs of such passengers. The Passengers with diffabilities who have informed the Company Carrier of their special needs when booking and has been accepted by the Carrier Company will not be denied to be transported due to the condition of diffabilities or special needs. However, Carrier Company or government regulations may apply to the transport of passengers with diffabilities.

Carrier Company may ask Passengers with diffabilities to travel with his own assistant if required for safety reasons or if the passenger is unable to perform an evacuation process itself or can not understand the safety instructions.

  • Definitions
    1.1

    Meaning: In this Agreement, this particular statement has the following meanings:

    • “Baggage” (Baggage) means your personal property brought on when you travel. Unless otherwise specified further, then that fall into the category of baggage is luggage that is registered or not registered.
    • “Baggage Check" (Receipt baggage) means a document that is issued to Passenger as a proof of receipt of the Registered Baggage (Checked Baggage) relating to the transport of Registered Baggage and includes the Baggage Identification Marks.
    • “Baggage Identification Tag" (Baggage Identification Tag) means a document that is issued to passengers by the Carrier Company, that is solely to identify the baggage that has been Registered.
    • “Checked Baggage” (Registered baggage) means luggage (baggage) of which we take sole custody and for which we have issued a baggage tag; sometimes also referred as "registered/checked baggage".
    • “Condition of Contract” (Contract terms) means the statements contained in or referred in the itinerary, that has been declared, and also includes the references, the Terms and Conditions, and the notices in the office and our check-in counter.
    • “Damage” (Damage) including death, physical injury, delay, loss, partial loss or other damage arising as a result of or relating to transport or other services performed by the airline.
    • “Electronic Coupon” (Electronic Coupon) is Electronic Flight Coupon or other valuable documents that exist in the database of the Carrier Company.
    • “Electronic Ticket” (Electronic Ticket) is a travel itinerary that is issued by on behalf of the Airlines, Electronic Coupons and. if possible, including the boarding document.
    • “Flight Coupon” (Coupons Flight) is a part of a ticket that bears the notion of "valid for travel" as in the Electronic Ticket, electronic coupons, and indicates the information of places where you are entitled to be transported by the airline.
    • “Itinerary” or “Travel Itinerary” (Flight Schedules) is a document that we issue for the passengers, which includes the name of the passenger, the flight information, the booking number, the Conditions of Contract and other notices.
    • “Passenger”,” you”, “your” and “yourself” (“Passengers”, ”you”, “your” dan “Your Own”) means that anyone, other than cabin crew, that is flown or will be flown by aircraft with our consent.
    • “Route” (Route) are flights from the airport of origin to another destination.
    • “Seat” (Chair) is a seat in our airplane.
    • “Tariff" (Rates) are the costs that we charge and are published electronically or printed.
    • “Ticket" (The tickets) is the flight schedule, including the documents such as Electronic Ticket and Electronic Coupon that we have issued or on our behalf, and contains the Conditions of Contract and other notices.
    • “Terms & Conditions" (Terms & Conditions) are the requirements and the provisions that are imposed by the Carrier Company.
    • “Unchecked Baggage” (Unchecked Baggage) is the luggage other than the luggage that have been examined, including all of the items that you brought into the aircraft cabin.
    • “We”, “our”, “ourselves”,”us” and “Carrier” (“We”, “our”, “our”, “us” dan “Airlines) means Citilink Garuda Indonesia.
    • “Website” (website) is www.citilink.co.id internet site that we have provided for the intention of the passengers in making online bookings, as well as to access the information about us.
    1.2

    Captions: The title or the caption of each chapter of these Terms and Conditions is intended only for convenience and is not used for the interpretation of the text.

  • Applicability
    2.1

    General: These terms and conditions apply to the carriage by air and or other transportation means, including ground transportation of Passengers and Baggage that is performed by us or on our behalf and to any liability which we may have relevance in terms of carriage and transport. 

    2.2

    Terms and Conditions Apply: Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, then in the event that there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with the Conditions of Contract or any other regulations that we enforce in certain subjects, these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect.

    2.3

    Language: The language that is used in these Terms and Conditions is English and even though there are many translations of these Terms and Conditions in other languages, English remains the sole language used to interpret our Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets, Itinerary
    3.1

    The Evidence Contract is Prima Facie: The Itinerary is evidence that is prima facie of the contract for transporting between the passengers and us. Itenerary, Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Contract, including the applicable rate, everything becomes a basic constitution of the Terms and Conditions of the contract of carriage between you and us.

    3.2

    Alienation: The contract for carriage is only transferable when it is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Contract.

    3.3

    Validity: The itinerary only applies to the passenger whose name and flight are written here.

    3.4

    Identity: We will provide carriage only to passengers whose names are listed in the itinerary or the Electronic Ticket. You will be required to show valid identification upon check-in.

  • Rates and Fees
    4.1

    General: Rate applies only for the flight from the airport at the place of origin to destination airport. Rates do not include the transportation service between the airport and inter-city terminal unless we state is specifically. We are the airline that transport from one place to another, and we are not responsible to you in the connecting flights. We are not responsible to you if you do not succeed to board on your flight.

    4.2

    Babies: Cost for infants between the ages of nine (9) days to under two (2) - (24 months) year (on the dates of the travel) are available in Cost Details. The minors are allowed to travel on condition of being in the lap of an adult. Only 1 (one) minor is permitted to be taken by one (1) adult. Perambulator is not permitted to be brought into the plane.

    4.3

    Goverment Taxes, Fees and Insurance Surcharges: Each Government Tax, insurance fees and surcharges that is charged on air travel by the Government, the authorities in charge, or the airport operator in association with the use of our services or facilities by you will be added to the cost of our flight. Costs and administrative charges will be borne by you, unless we indicate otherwise. Government Taxes, fees and insurance surcharge imposed on air travel may change at any time and may be enforced after the confirmation of your booking dates. You should bear the cost of the government Taxes, the customs and the insurance before the departure. Check the Costs Detail for the information about the amount of tax, the charges and the insurance.

    4.4

    The Accuracy: All costs, prices, flight schedule, the route that are publised, earlier purchased products and services are justified at the time of publication, and may change at any time without prior notice.

    4.5

    The Applicable Rates: The Applicable Rates are rates that are published by us or on our behalf, either electronically or by any other medium. The applicable rates may not include administrative fees, service charges and other charges, unless it is stated otherwise.

  • Purchase Seats
    5.1

    The Confirmation of Purchase: Seat Purchase is confirmed after all of the costs are fully paid and after we have issued the number of purchase and/or itinerary. After the confirmation is completed, the purchase can not be canceled and cash payment is non-refundable

    5.2

    Group Purchasing: It is regulated with a special requirement that may change from time to time. Please contact us at group.desk@citilink.co.id for further details.

    5.3

    Flight Changes: After the purchase number is issued, the flight changes are set as follows; Within twenty-four (24) Hours before the scheduled of the flight departure time changes are not permitted. The fines for the changes that is more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled of the flight departure time is available in the Costs Detail which must meet the requirements below:

    1. If available price is lower, the price difference will not be refunded to the passenger;
    2. If the purchased price of the new flight is higher than the price of that canceled flight, the difference in price has to be paid by the passenger prior to cancellation or changes can be made;
    3. The changes are not confirmed until we have issued the travel itinerary or a new purchase number for you.
    4. The changes flight route is not permitted.
    5.4

    Price Promotion: Articles 5.3 in relation with the rule of the Flight Changes and Article 55 in relation with the Name Changes are not apply to several sale price of the selected promotions.

    5.5

    The Payment: The cost must be fully paid when performing the purchase, if there is a cost that has not been fully paid for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase before check-in and/or are not allow you to board on the plane.

    5.6

    Personal Data: You hereby acknowledge and agree that the personal data that you have been given to us is useful to organize the purchase of ticket transportation, as well as provide you with a confirmation of the the purchase, supply and develop additional facilities and services, facilitating immigration and entry procedures, financial reporting bill and checking the credit card or other payment card, security, administrative functions and legal affairs of the credit card, system testing, maintenance and development, statistical analysis also helps us to any agreement with the you in the future. For this purpose, by having a transportation contract with us you allow us to store or to use your personal data and send it to our offices, authorized agents and third party business associates, government agencies, other people or the providers of those above-mentioned services.

    5.7

    Seats: We do not guarantee the availability of any particular seat in the aircraft and you agree to accept any seat that may be distributed or otherwise is available in the flight, you will be shared a seat at check-in, we reserve the right to designate the seat at any time, including after boarding onto the aircraft. It may be necessary for operational reasons, safety, and government regulation of health or safety.

    5.7.1

    Advance Seat Request (ASR): Depending on the availability, you can pay extra for Seats Request in Prior (Advance Seat Request) before a determination of departure time, please check the Costs Details of Cost for ASP, When there is a purchase of ASR, we use the right to assign or reassign the seat at any time, including after boarding onto the aircraft, It may be necessary for reasons of safety and security operations. We do not guarantee the specific seat determination, to the side aisle or window, exit row seats or other types. But we will try our best to meet the determination of the seat that has been paid.

    5.7.2

    If at any time after successfully purchasing an ASR and our schedules changed, suspended, delayed or merged due to certain circumstances that are included in  or we consider beyond our control or for commercial reasons or reasons of safety, we remain at our option, among others:

    1. Take you in the same ASR on the next available flight; or
    2. Take you in ASR which value is proportional to the next available flight; or
    3. Take you in any random seat on the next available flight in which we will then refund your ASR payment.

    The options that are set out in Articles 5.8.2 is the only service and exclusively available to you and we are no longer responsible for you further.

    5.7.3

    Meals: The choice of meals is changing from time to time. Meals may contain nuts, processed livestock products and/or processed wheat.

  • Check-in and Airlines Other Requirements
    6.1.1

    Check-in, Deadlines and Conditions: Our check-in counters open two (2) Hours before the flight departure time. The counter closed thirty (30) minutes prior to flight departure intended. Check-in grace period may vary at different airports and for particular flights. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with this deadline, especially when it is available when you make a purchase. At any given moment, regardless another common of these Terms and Conditions that makes the right to refuse the passengers, we reserve the right not to allow you to check-in without any form of accountability in your answer and without the need to refund at your expense that have been paid:

    1. If you are still trying to check-in within thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight;
    2. If you fail to have the identification which is supposed to or fail to identify yourself to our staff;
    3. If you fail to have a document that is supposed to be, licenses, visas, those are essential for travel to the particular place or country;
    4. If you have not fully paid the fare or any other fees or charges that should be paid to us;
    5. When you are being rude to our staff or cause a commotion in our counter or harass our staff whether physically or verbally;
    6. If the Government or other authorities prohibits your departure or your boarding into the aircraft;
    7. If in our opinion, you do not fit to travel in relation with the drunken condition or the medical conditions that looks bad; and/or
    8. If in our opinion, you are not medically fit to travel or the medical conditions that you have or could case danger or threat to the health of the other passengers.
    6.1.2

    The Unavailability of Seats: There may be a possibility that there is no available seat for your on your flight even if your reservation is confirmed. This occurs because of the common habit of doing overbooking in the aviation industry. If you are refused to board onto the plane in an overbook international flights, where you have a valid reservation and it was confirmed, and you have come to perform the appropriate check-in as check-in deadline, then we can choose to:

    1. Transporting you on the next fastest occasion with our scheduled services which still have the available seat at no additional cost and, if necessary, extend the validity of your purchase of; or
    2. If you choose to travel at another time, maintaining the value of your fare in the credit account for your onward journey, it is required that you have to rebook within a period of 3 months thereafter
    6.1.3

    Single Solution: Options that are listed in the article 6.1 If (a) to (b) are the sole and exclusive solutions that are available to you and we will not be responsible for you further.

    6.2

    Boarding: You must be at the boarding gate at least forty (40) minutes before the scheduled of flight departure time.

    6.3

    Fail to Present: If you fail to check in on time or fail to board onto the plane when the aircraft has departed, the cost that you have paid will not be returned to you for any reason.

    6.4

    The Compliant Attitude:  You are only responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and requirements of the countries that you are flown from, into or over and with these Terms & Conditions of our party, notices and instructions given by us that are related. We do not have to be responsible to you in any way related to your desire to receive documents that is needed or comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands, notices, requirements and instructions, whether communicated directly or in writing or otherwise, or as a consequence of your action resulting in failure to meet certain documents or comply with laws, regulations, demands, notices, requirements and instructions.

    6.5

    Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have a willingness to present as requested by the appropriate authorities all permits and exit, health and other documents that are required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries you are flown from, to or above. We reserve the right to refuse the transportation to any passenger who has not completed, or those documents do not appear to be completed, appropriate laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.

    6.6

    Suggestions for Domestic Route Documents:  Adults are required to show their original identity card or passport * for all domestic flights. Unless for children with Malaysian nationality who are traveling to Sabah and Sarawak with the travel documents listed below must have a copy of the child's birth certificate or identity card**  
    International Route; All passengers who travel through international service must have a valid passport and is still valid for at least six (6) months, as well as a valid and appropriate visa. Passengers in this category must also have return ticket on the way of their departure. * The identity card is recognized as a valid identity only in the issuing country.
    ** The following identity cards are considered valid for children: Mykid to Malaysia. Thai National ID Card for Thailand and Family Card to Indonesia.
    *** Under this section show the original passport is considered as a valid means of identification.

    6.7

    Refusal of Entry: You agree to pay the appropriate fees and/or penalties or fines whenever we, on the orders of the Government or immigration authority, are required to return you to the place of origin or elsewhere, due to your failure to enter a country, whether as a stopover or a destination. In situations like this we will not refund the cost of your flight.

    6.8

    The Passengers Responsibilities on Fines, Extra, etc.: If we are required to pay or leave a fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands or other travel requirements from the countries you are flown from, to or through or to produce the required documents, you shall reimburse us on demand, any amount so paid or expenditure so incurred. We may apply towards such payment or expenditure the value of any unused carriage on our tickets, or any of your funds in our possession.

    6.9

    Security Inspection: You are obliged to submit to any security checks by Governments, airport officials, or by us.

  • Refusal and Limitation of Carriage
    7.1

    The Right to Refuse Carrying: We may refuse to carry you or your luggage for security reasons or in the reasonable assessment, we decided that:

    1. The action was necessary for safety or security reasons;
    2. Such action is necessary to comply with laws, regulations or orders that can be applied on a state or country to be flown on bypassed;
    3. Behavior, status, age or mental or physical condition or the physical condition of your baggage such as:
      (i) can harm others or our crew, or 
      (ii) that you may harm yourself, others or our property;
    4. You have done an unpleasant action in previous flight and there is the possibility of such actions will happen again;
    5. You are not comply with, or are likely to fail to comply with our instructions;
    6. You refuse to perform a security check;
    7. The number of tariffs to be paid or expenses or other tax has not been paid yet;
    8. The payment for your tickets nuanced fraud;
    9. You do not have the proper documents for travel;
    10. A purchase of our Seats have been performed through fraud or misconduct or has been purchased from a person who does not have our authority;
    11. The credit card you used to pay for the ticket has been reported lost or stolen
    12. Itinerary, a purchase of or Electronic Ticket is fales or deceptively obtained;
    13. The itinerary has been changed by someone other than us, or authorized agent, or has been tampered (which we reserve the right to hold such documentation); and / or
    14. The person that did the check-in or boarding onto the plane can not demonstrate that the person whose name is written as a passenger in the itinerary (in this case we reserve the right to withhold the travel itinerary).
    7.2

    Children who are Travelling without Accompanied: Children under the age of 12 years will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person aged 18 and over.

    7.3

    Passengers with the limitation of motion/Have a Medical Condition: For security reasons Citilink can only carry a maximum of 4 passengers who have limited mobility* with the terms that the number of the passenger with quadriplegic contidition is limited to no more than 2 people per flight. In special circumstances we may ask the passengers to travel with the companion. Please refer to the (Traveling with a companion). * "The limitation of motion" refers to the passenger with the the condition of Paraplegic or quadriplegic. Passengers with the illnesses or medical conditions are required to show a health certificate upon check-in to ensure that they are fit to fly. For the sake of the safety of other passengers, we reserve the right to refuse to raise the passengers onto the plane when suffering from infectious, contagious or chronic diseases. Passengers with the special needs and passengers that are sick, including those that require care or carrying the tool/injection of medication onto the plane requested to contact our call center at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to tell the type of assistance required. Without notice early, can result in the service is not available at the time you arrive at the airport and you may be refused to be transported. For health and safety reasons, passengers with the special needs must check-in at the airport.

    7.3.1

    Traveling with a companion: We may require that you travel with the companion, when:

    1. It is important for safety reasons; or
    2. The passenger cannot help himself to evacuate from the plane; or
    3. The passengers cannot understand safety instructions.
    7.3.2

    The Placement of Seat: We will make the arrangements of decent seat for people with reduced mobility or special requests in accordance with the applicable law. We reserve the right to rearrange the seating at any time, including after boarding. It is very necessary for operational reasons, security, government regulations and safety or health reasons.

    7.4

    Pregnant Passengers: The passengers that are pregnant are obliged to tell us the condition of the pregnancy at the time of booking seat and at the check-in counter. The passengers that are pregnant and fly with us must meet the following requirements:

    1. Pregnancy up to 27 weeks (inclusive): Passengers must sign a Limited Liability Statement Citilink at the time of check-in to liberate Citilink from liability that arising from that.
    2. The pregnancy between 28 weeks and 34 weeks (inclusive):
      1. Passengers are required to submit an approved medical certificate that is confirming gestational age of the pregnancy and that the passenger is fit to travel. This certificate is a date not more than 30 days from the date of outbound or inbound flight departure scheduled, as is usually the case.
      2. Passengers must sign a limited liability statement Citilink at the time of check-in to liberate Citilink from liability arising from it.
    3. The Pregnancy of 35 weeks upwards: Passengers are not allowed to ride Citilink.
    7.5

    Infants aged 8 days/or below: We have the right not to carry infants aged eight (8) days or less. We may be willing to carry the baby in such age when the cariage is done with a formal written letter from the doctor and after the parents of a baby sign a Statement of Limited Responsibility.

    7.6

    Infants: To prevent hypoxia conditions and the possibility of other diseases, we are not allowed to bring infants aged less than 3 weeks to fly with us, with the the possibility that we can accept it if accompanied by a formal written letter from a doctor, and after the parents of a baby sign a declaration of responsibility.

  • Baggage
    8.1

    The items which can are not be accepted as baggage or may be taken as Baggage: We are reserved the right refuse to carry lugagge or items such as luggage, with the following terms:

    1. The items that are not properly packed in suitcases or other suitable containers in order to ensure it is safe to be transported with the usual way of transport;
    2. The items that are expected to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on the plane as specified in the regulation of Dangerous Objects of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (LATA) and our Terms and Conditions and Requirements Contract;
    3. The items that not allowed to be brought under the law, regulations or orders of any state or country of departure, countries of transit and country of arrival;
    4. The items which are reasonably considered by us to be unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, size, shape or character;
    5. The items that fragile or perishable;
    6. The animals alive or dead;
    7. The remains of human bodies or animals;
    8. Meals production of fresh or frozen seafood or other types of meat, dry goods brought in as a congenital that carried by hand only if we are satisfied with the way perfect packaging. Only styrofoam and/or cooler containing dry food/not easily destroyed that should be included as a luggage after being examined by the relevant authorities, if the passenger refuses to make an inspection we reserve the right to refuse to accept the luggage/baggage;
    9. The explosives, flammable gases or flammable (such as aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter chargers), gas cooled (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, paint thinners ), flammable solids such as (matches and lighters), organic peroxides (such as resins), poisons, penginfeksi objects (such as viruses, bacteria), radioactive material (such as radium), objects that are corrosive (such as acids, alkalis, mercury, thermometers), magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleach).
    8.2

    Valuable and Vulnerable Items: Passengers are strongly advised not to include such items into luggage. When is ultimately need to put into luggage, the passenger agrees to send the items to the transport at their own risk, these items including money, jewelry, precious metals, silver device, electronic tools, computers, cameras, video equipment, letters of negotiations, securities or other valuable objects and other the identification documents, letters of agreement, artifacts, manuscripts and the like.

    8.3

    The Right to Check: For reasons of safety and security, we may ask you to perform a search, an x-ray or other type of scan on your luggage; we reserve the right to search your luggage, without your presence, for the purpose of determining whether you have items that are unacceptable or prohibited. When you suddenly do the inspection or the scan, we are reserved the right to refuse to carry you or your belongings without refund your ticket and without any responsibility to you. In the cases where the examination or scanning resulting injury or damage to your luggage, we are not responsible for the injury or the damage unless it occurs because of our error or our negligence.

    8.4

    Checked Baggage: When the luggages that must be noted are sent to us, we will take over the luggage and will issue the Baggage Bookmarks Card for each registered baggage. Checked baggage should have your name written on it or other personal identification that well attached to it. Checked Baggage will, whenever possible, be carried on the same aircraft as you, unless we decide for safety, security or operational reasons we will carry it on an alternative flight. If your Checked Baggage is carried on a subsequent flight we will deliver it to you, unless applicable law requires you to be present for customs clearance.

    8.5

    Checked Baggage:  Citilink allows total of 20kg of checked luggage free of charge for domestic flights. Some items will be charged extra luggage. Please check the Cost Details for extra baggage fee.

    8.6

    Unchecked Baggage: Each passenger (excluding infants) are allowed to bring two (2) pieces of luggage to be carried onto the aircraft. The luggage type can be any combination of the following options: cabin bag or portable computer bag or handbag. the cabin bag size should not exceed the dimensions of 56cm X 36cm X 23cm and weighs should not exceed 7kg. The luggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in the luggage storage compartment. The goods that confirmed by us as excessive weight or size or naturally unusual will be banned from entering into the aircraft. In respect of the application of local laws and regulations passengers may carry liquids on the plane as hand luggage if they meet the following requirements:

    1. The liquid in the container with a maximum volume of 100 ml
    2. All liquid containers in accordance with the a maximum volume of 100 ml and can be put into a 1kg transparent plastic bag and can be closed

    The plastic bag must be presented separately in the security. You may be asked to dispose of liquids that do not confirm the above rules.

    8.7

    Intake and Delivery Items: You can take your luggage once it is available in Baggage Claim Area at the intended destination, if you do not pick it up within a reasonable period and the baggage should be kept in our place, we will charge a storage fee. If the checked baggage is not taken within a period of 1 (one) month that is provided to you, we will probably have to throw it away without any obligation to you. Only those who hold the Baggage Identification Tag that is given to the Passenger when enrolling the Baggage that is entitled to take baggage. If the passenger that took Baggage can not show evidence of Baggage Identification Tag, we will deliver the baggage to the passenger if he had shown evidence of ownership to us. When requested by us, the passenger must provide enough security so that we avoid the responsibility in case of loss, damage or costs as a result of the baggage that is delivered by us, The Acceptance of Baggage by the holder of Baggage Identification Tag without complaint in the time of delivery is an evidence that is prima facie that the Baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the the contract of carriage between us.

  • Schedule, Cancellation
    9.1

    Schedule: We will try our best to avoid delays in transporting you and your baggage. We will strive to keep the schedule published on the dates of the travel. However, the time specified in the itinerary, schedule or anywhere subject to change at any time and we are not responsible in any way for any loss that struck the passenger as a result of these changes.

    9.2

    The Cancellation of Flight, The Change of Flight Schedule: The tickets that have been purchased can not be returned, transferred schedule, and transferred ownership, anytime after the reservation is made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone rescheduling of any flight where we consider make sense to be justified by circumstances that is beyond our control or for the reasons of security or commercial. In case of cancellation of the flight, we based our choice, can do:

    1. Carrying you at the earliest opportunity to another of our scheduled services if seating is available at no additional cost and, if necessary, extend the validity of your booking, or
    2. If you choose to travel at another time, we will process the return ticket for the flight you have paid.
    9.3

    Single Replacement: With the exception of the applicable Conventions appliead, the options outlined in Article 9.2. (a), (b) and (c) is single and a single replacement is available for you

  • When You are in the Plane
    10.1

    If in our opinion your actions in the plane is endangering the aircraft and the passengers or the property on board, or obstruct or interfere with the crew in carrying out their duties, or do not obey the instructions of the crew including but not limited to those to our respect to smoke, to drink alcohol, to use mobile phone, or to issue any threat, violence or to insult the flight crew or to perform actions that cause anxiety, inconvenience, damage or injury to passengers and other flight crew, we may take the action that we feel necessary to avoid the continuation of such actions, including detention. You may be unloaded and rejected to be transported further at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board.

    10.2

    Where as the consequence of your actions we decide in the performance of our discretion, to divert the aircraft for the purpose of unloading you, then you will be responsible for any losses we suffer in any way as a result of doing the transfer.

    10.3

    For security reasons, we may prohibit or restrict the operation of electronic equipment on board, including but do not limited to, cellular phones, laptop computers, portable recording equipment, portable radios, tools disc player, electronic toys or transmitting devices, including radio controlled toys and walkie-talkies. Operation of hearing aids and pacemakers is allowed.

    10.4

    The passengers are not allowed to consume private food and beverages on board. All flights are adopting Non-Smoking regulations. 
    Preserved Meals: for example chocolate, biscuits, chips can be brought into the cabin baggage as long as not to be consumed on the plane. 
    The food which is not durable: is a product that will be damaged/rotten when exposed to certain conditions, such as the changes in temperature and humidity. When we found the perishable cooked food such as rice, noodles, sandwiches, then the food will not be allowed to be carried in cabin baggage and passengers must immediately discard it. 
    Fruits: Are allowed to be carried in cabin baggage in the condition that it must be wrapped properly and tightly, and are not to eat on the plane. Please note that durian, jackfruit and fruit with hard flavor that is universally prohibited brought into the cabin of the aircraft will not be allowed to be carried in cabin baggage.

  • Limitation of Liability
    11.1

    Under the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention Notice: If the passenger journey involves final destination or stop into a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention of 1999, and other conventions that can be applied or the relevant local laws can be applied and in many cases Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention 1999 or other conventions that are applied may limit the liability of the carrier in case of death or injury and loss of or damage to baggage.

    11.2

    Notice Baggage Liability Limitations: Liability for loss, delay, damage of baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared into the beginning, and performed an additional payment. Accountability for domestic travel and international travel vary, depending on the applicable law.

    11.3

    If the Warsaw Convention can not be enforced: When the Warsaw Convention can not be applied to your luggage, then the following rules are applied:

    1. All our responsibility for the damage will be reduced because of negligence on your part that resulted in or affect the damage in the compliance with the law that can be applied.
    2. We are not responsible on the Damage of checked Baggage or unregistered Baggage unless the damage was done due to our negligence and the Baggage was within our control or custody.
    3. Except in the case of an act or omission that is done intentionally to cause damage or negligence and consciously aware of the possibility of damage, then our responsibility in the event of damage to baggage checked and non-registered baggage must be limited to the number that are available as listed in the Cost Details. When the weight of the baggage are not recorded in the card luggage tag, it is assumed that the total weight of checked baggage does not exceed that is allowed for baggage weight limit for the transport class. In the case of checked baggage, a higher value will be declared in writing to get the facility of higher compensation. Our liability is limited to that highest value/price.
    4. We will not be responsible for any damages occurred because of our compliance with the laws or regulations applicable Government and regulations or the consequence of your failure to comply with the same thing.
    5. Unless there are special provisions made in the Terms & Conditions, we are liable only to pay compensation to you for losses that can be proven and the costs that incurred in accordance with applicable law.
    6. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your Baggage. You must take responsibility for the damage caused by your Baggage to goods, property of others, including our property.
    7. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the goods or items that are not allowed to be brought in Checked Baggage checked or unregistered, including but not limited to glassware or perishable goods, the items of special value, such as money, jewelry, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, letters negotiations, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports or other the identification documents, such as agreements or samples.
    8. We are not responsible for any disease or disability, including death related to your physical condition or because of poor development of such conditions.
    9. Contract of carriage including these Terms and Conditions and separating or limit the liability that applies to our authorized agents, servants, employees and representatives in similar restrictions that are enacted to us. The total amount that can be obtained from us and from authorized agents, servants, employees and agents, can not exceed the amount of your own responsibility.
    10. None of these Terms and Conditions of this Contract Requirements to eliminate segregation or limitation of our liability under the Warsaw Convention or other conventions that can be applied, or other law unless stated openly by us.
  • Modifications and Not Implementing
    13.1

    None of the agent, employee or our representative that have the right to change, modify or not implementing these Terms and Conditions.

    14.1

    Baggage: 20 KG Free baggage allowance.

    14.2

    Baggage: Golf Bag baggage are not charged

    14.3

    Baggage: Excess Baggage IDR 35.000 per KG

    14.4

    Baggage: Purchase in advance additional IDR 150.000 per 10 KG

    14.5

    Currency: Currently (temporarily) the entire price for the sale use Rupiah (IDR).

  • Definitions
    1.1

    Meaning: In this Agreement, this particular statement has the following meanings:

    • “Baggage” (Baggage) means your personal property brought on when you travel. Unless otherwise specified further, then that fall into the category of baggage is luggage that is registered or not registered.
    • “Baggage Check" (Receipt baggage) means a document that is issued to Passenger as a proof of receipt of the Registered Baggage (Checked Baggage) relating to the transport of Registered Baggage and includes the Baggage Identification Marks.
    • “Baggage Identification Tag" (Baggage Identification Tag) means a document that is issued to passengers by the Carrier Company, that is solely to identify the baggage that has been Registered.
    • “Checked Baggage” (Registered baggage) means luggage (baggage) of which we take sole custody and for which we have issued a baggage tag; sometimes also referred as "registered/checked baggage".
    • “Condition of Contract” (Contract terms) means the statements contained in or referred in the itinerary, that has been declared, and also includes the references, the Terms and Conditions, and the notices in the office and our check-in counter.
    • “Damage” (Damage) including death, physical injury, delay, loss, partial loss or other damage arising as a result of or relating to transport or other services performed by the airline.
    • “Electronic Coupon” (Electronic Coupon) is Electronic Flight Coupon or other valuable documents that exist in the database of the Carrier Company.
    • “Electronic Ticket” (Electronic Ticket) is a travel itinerary that is issued by on behalf of the Airlines, Electronic Coupons and. if possible, including the boarding document.
    • “Flight Coupon” (Coupons Flight) is a part of a ticket that bears the notion of "valid for travel" as in the Electronic Ticket, electronic coupons, and indicates the information of places where you are entitled to be transported by the airline.
    • “Itinerary” or “Travel Itinerary” (Flight Schedules) is a document that we issue for the passengers, which includes the name of the passenger, the flight information, the booking number, the Conditions of Contract and other notices.
    • “Passenger”,” you”, “your” and “yourself” (“Passengers”, ”you”, “your” dan “Your Own”) means that anyone, other than cabin crew, that is flown or will be flown by aircraft with our consent.
    • “Route” (Route) are flights from the airport of origin to another destination.
    • “Seat” (Chair) is a seat in our airplane.
    • “Tariff" (Rates) are the costs that we charge and are published electronically or printed.
    • “Ticket" (The tickets) is the flight schedule, including the documents such as Electronic Ticket and Electronic Coupon that we have issued or on our behalf, and contains the Conditions of Contract and other notices.
    • “Terms & Conditions" (Terms & Conditions) are the requirements and the provisions that are imposed by the Carrier Company.
    • “Unchecked Baggage” (Unchecked Baggage) is the luggage other than the luggage that have been examined, including all of the items that you brought into the aircraft cabin.
    • “We”, “our”, “ourselves”,”us” and “Carrier” (“We”, “our”, “our”, “us” dan “Airlines) means Citilink Garuda Indonesia.
    • “Website” (website) is www.citilink.co.id internet site that we have provided for the intention of the passengers in making online bookings, as well as to access the information about us.
    1.2

    Captions: The title or the caption of each chapter of these Terms and Conditions is intended only for convenience and is not used for the interpretation of the text.

  • Applicability
    2.1

    General: These terms and conditions apply to the carriage by air and or other transportation means, including ground transportation of Passengers and Baggage that is performed by us or on our behalf and to any liability which we may have relevance in terms of carriage and transport. 

    2.2

    Terms and Conditions Apply: Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, then in the event that there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with the Conditions of Contract or any other regulations that we enforce in certain subjects, these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect.

    2.3

    Language: The language that is used in these Terms and Conditions is English and even though there are many translations of these Terms and Conditions in other languages, English remains the sole language used to interpret our Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets, Itinerary
    3.1

    The Evidence Contract is Prima Facie: The Itinerary is evidence that is prima facie of the contract for transporting between the passengers and us. Itenerary, Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Contract, including the applicable rate, everything becomes a basic constitution of the Terms and Conditions of the contract of carriage between you and us.

    3.2

    Alienation: The contract for carriage is only transferable when it is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Contract.

    3.3

    Validity: The itinerary only applies to the passenger whose name and flight are written here.

    3.4

    Identity: We will provide carriage only to passengers whose names are listed in the itinerary or the Electronic Ticket. You will be required to show valid identification upon check-in.

  • Rates and Fees
    4.1

    General: Rate applies only for the flight from the airport at the place of origin to destination airport. Rates do not include the transportation service between the airport and inter-city terminal unless we state is specifically. We are the airline that transport from one place to another, and we are not responsible to you in the connecting flights. We are not responsible to you if you do not succeed to board on your flight.

    4.2

    Babies: Cost for infants between the ages of nine (9) days to under two (2) - (24 months) year (on the dates of the travel) are available in Cost Details. The minors are allowed to travel on condition of being in the lap of an adult. Only 1 (one) minor is permitted to be taken by one (1) adult. Perambulator is not permitted to be brought into the plane.

    4.3

    Goverment Taxes, Fees and Insurance Surcharges: Each Government Tax, insurance fees and surcharges that is charged on air travel by the Government, the authorities in charge, or the airport operator in association with the use of our services or facilities by you will be added to the cost of our flight. Costs and administrative charges will be borne by you, unless we indicate otherwise. Government Taxes, fees and insurance surcharge imposed on air travel may change at any time and may be enforced after the confirmation of your booking dates. You should bear the cost of the government Taxes, the customs and the insurance before the departure. Check the Costs Detail for the information about the amount of tax, the charges and the insurance.

    4.4

    The Accuracy: All costs, prices, flight schedule, the route that are publised, earlier purchased products and services are justified at the time of publication, and may change at any time without prior notice.

    4.5

    The Applicable Rates: The Applicable Rates are rates that are published by us or on our behalf, either electronically or by any other medium. The applicable rates may not include administrative fees, service charges and other charges, unless it is stated otherwise.

  • Purchase Seats
    5.1

    The Confirmation of Purchase: Seat Purchase is confirmed after all of the costs are fully paid and after we have issued the number of purchase and/or itinerary. After the confirmation is completed, the purchase can not be canceled and cash payment is non-refundable

    5.2

    Group Purchasing: It is regulated with a special requirement that may change from time to time. Please contact us at group.desk@citilink.co.id for further details.

    5.3

    Flight Changes: After the purchase number is issued, the flight changes are set as follows; Within twenty-four (24) Hours before the scheduled of the flight departure time changes are not permitted. The fines for the changes that is more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled of the flight departure time is available in the Costs Detail which must meet the requirements below:

    1. If available price is lower, the price difference will not be refunded to the passenger;
    2. If the purchased price of the new flight is higher than the price of that canceled flight, the difference in price has to be paid by the passenger prior to cancellation or changes can be made;
    3. The changes are not confirmed until we have issued the travel itinerary or a new purchase number for you.
    4. The changes flight route is not permitted.
    5.4

    Price Promotion: Articles 5.3 in relation with the rule of the Flight Changes and Article 55 in relation with the Name Changes are not apply to several sale price of the selected promotions.

    5.5

    The Payment: The cost must be fully paid when performing the purchase, if there is a cost that has not been fully paid for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase before check-in and/or are not allow you to board on the plane.

    5.6

    Personal Data: You hereby acknowledge and agree that the personal data that you have been given to us is useful to organize the purchase of ticket transportation, as well as provide you with a confirmation of the the purchase, supply and develop additional facilities and services, facilitating immigration and entry procedures, financial reporting bill and checking the credit card or other payment card, security, administrative functions and legal affairs of the credit card, system testing, maintenance and development, statistical analysis also helps us to any agreement with the you in the future. For this purpose, by having a transportation contract with us you allow us to store or to use your personal data and send it to our offices, authorized agents and third party business associates, government agencies, other people or the providers of those above-mentioned services.

    5.7

    Seats: We do not guarantee the availability of any particular seat in the aircraft and you agree to accept any seat that may be distributed or otherwise is available in the flight, you will be shared a seat at check-in, we reserve the right to designate the seat at any time, including after boarding onto the aircraft. It may be necessary for operational reasons, safety, and government regulation of health or safety.

    5.7.1

    Advance Seat Request (ASR): Depending on the availability, you can pay extra for Seats Request in Prior (Advance Seat Request) before a determination of departure time, please check the Costs Details of Cost for ASP, When there is a purchase of ASR, we use the right to assign or reassign the seat at any time, including after boarding onto the aircraft, It may be necessary for reasons of safety and security operations. We do not guarantee the specific seat determination, to the side aisle or window, exit row seats or other types. But we will try our best to meet the determination of the seat that has been paid.

    5.7.2

    If at any time after successfully purchasing an ASR and our schedules changed, suspended, delayed or merged due to certain circumstances that are included in  or we consider beyond our control or for commercial reasons or reasons of safety, we remain at our option, among others:

    1. Take you in the same ASR on the next available flight; or
    2. Take you in ASR which value is proportional to the next available flight; or
    3. Take you in any random seat on the next available flight in which we will then refund your ASR payment.

    The options that are set out in Articles 5.8.2 is the only service and exclusively available to you and we are no longer responsible for you further.

    5.7.3

    Meals: The choice of meals is changing from time to time. Meals may contain nuts, processed livestock products and/or processed wheat.

  • Check-in and Airlines Other Requirements
    6.1.1

    Check-in, Deadlines and Conditions: Our check-in counters open two (2) Hours before the flight departure time. The counter closed thirty (30) minutes prior to flight departure intended. Check-in grace period may vary at different airports and for particular flights. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with this deadline, especially when it is available when you make a purchase. At any given moment, regardless another common of these Terms and Conditions that makes the right to refuse the passengers, we reserve the right not to allow you to check-in without any form of accountability in your answer and without the need to refund at your expense that have been paid:

    1. If you are still trying to check-in within thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight;
    2. If you fail to have the identification which is supposed to or fail to identify yourself to our staff;
    3. If you fail to have a document that is supposed to be, licenses, visas, those are essential for travel to the particular place or country;
    4. If you have not fully paid the fare or any other fees or charges that should be paid to us;
    5. When you are being rude to our staff or cause a commotion in our counter or harass our staff whether physically or verbally;
    6. If the Government or other authorities prohibits your departure or your boarding into the aircraft;
    7. If in our opinion, you do not fit to travel in relation with the drunken condition or the medical conditions that looks bad; and/or
    8. If in our opinion, you are not medically fit to travel or the medical conditions that you have or could case danger or threat to the health of the other passengers.
    6.1.2

    The Unavailability of Seats: There may be a possibility that there is no available seat for your on your flight even if your reservation is confirmed. This occurs because of the common habit of doing overbooking in the aviation industry. If you are refused to board onto the plane in an overbook international flights, where you have a valid reservation and it was confirmed, and you have come to perform the appropriate check-in as check-in deadline, then we can choose to:

    1. Transporting you on the next fastest occasion with our scheduled services which still have the available seat at no additional cost and, if necessary, extend the validity of your purchase of; or
    2. If you choose to travel at another time, maintaining the value of your fare in the credit account for your onward journey, it is required that you have to rebook within a period of 3 months thereafter
    6.1.3

    Single Solution: Options that are listed in the article 6.1 If (a) to (b) are the sole and exclusive solutions that are available to you and we will not be responsible for you further.

    6.2

    Boarding: You must be at the boarding gate at least forty (40) minutes before the scheduled of flight departure time.

    6.3

    Fail to Present: If you fail to check in on time or fail to board onto the plane when the aircraft has departed, the cost that you have paid will not be returned to you for any reason.

    6.4

    The Compliant Attitude:  You are only responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and requirements of the countries that you are flown from, into or over and with these Terms & Conditions of our party, notices and instructions given by us that are related. We do not have to be responsible to you in any way related to your desire to receive documents that is needed or comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands, notices, requirements and instructions, whether communicated directly or in writing or otherwise, or as a consequence of your action resulting in failure to meet certain documents or comply with laws, regulations, demands, notices, requirements and instructions.

    6.5

    Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have a willingness to present as requested by the appropriate authorities all permits and exit, health and other documents that are required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries you are flown from, to or above. We reserve the right to refuse the transportation to any passenger who has not completed, or those documents do not appear to be completed, appropriate laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.

    6.6

    Suggestions for Domestic Route Documents:  Adults are required to show their original identity card or passport * for all domestic flights. Unless for children with Malaysian nationality who are traveling to Sabah and Sarawak with the travel documents listed below must have a copy of the child's birth certificate or identity card**  
    International Route; All passengers who travel through international service must have a valid passport and is still valid for at least six (6) months, as well as a valid and appropriate visa. Passengers in this category must also have return ticket on the way of their departure. * The identity card is recognized as a valid identity only in the issuing country.
    ** The following identity cards are considered valid for children: Mykid to Malaysia. Thai National ID Card for Thailand and Family Card to Indonesia.
    *** Under this section show the original passport is considered as a valid means of identification.

    6.7

    Refusal of Entry: You agree to pay the appropriate fees and/or penalties or fines whenever we, on the orders of the Government or immigration authority, are required to return you to the place of origin or elsewhere, due to your failure to enter a country, whether as a stopover or a destination. In situations like this we will not refund the cost of your flight.

    6.8

    The Passengers Responsibilities on Fines, Extra, etc.: If we are required to pay or leave a fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands or other travel requirements from the countries you are flown from, to or through or to produce the required documents, you shall reimburse us on demand, any amount so paid or expenditure so incurred. We may apply towards such payment or expenditure the value of any unused carriage on our tickets, or any of your funds in our possession.

    6.9

    Security Inspection: You are obliged to submit to any security checks by Governments, airport officials, or by us.

  • Refusal and Limitation of Carriage
    7.1

    The Right to Refuse Carrying: We may refuse to carry you or your luggage for security reasons or in the reasonable assessment, we decided that:

    1. The action was necessary for safety or security reasons;
    2. Such action is necessary to comply with laws, regulations or orders that can be applied on a state or country to be flown on bypassed;
    3. Behavior, status, age or mental or physical condition or the physical condition of your baggage such as:
      (i) can harm others or our crew, or 
      (ii) that you may harm yourself, others or our property;
    4. You have done an unpleasant action in previous flight and there is the possibility of such actions will happen again;
    5. You are not comply with, or are likely to fail to comply with our instructions;
    6. You refuse to perform a security check;
    7. The number of tariffs to be paid or expenses or other tax has not been paid yet;
    8. The payment for your tickets nuanced fraud;
    9. You do not have the proper documents for travel;
    10. A purchase of our Seats have been performed through fraud or misconduct or has been purchased from a person who does not have our authority;
    11. The credit card you used to pay for the ticket has been reported lost or stolen
    12. Itinerary, a purchase of or Electronic Ticket is fales or deceptively obtained;
    13. The itinerary has been changed by someone other than us, or authorized agent, or has been tampered (which we reserve the right to hold such documentation); and / or
    14. The person that did the check-in or boarding onto the plane can not demonstrate that the person whose name is written as a passenger in the itinerary (in this case we reserve the right to withhold the travel itinerary).
    7.2

    Children who are Travelling without Accompanied: Children under the age of 12 years will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person aged 18 and over.

    7.3

    Passengers with the limitation of motion/Have a Medical Condition: For security reasons Citilink can only carry a maximum of 4 passengers who have limited mobility* with the terms that the number of the passenger with quadriplegic contidition is limited to no more than 2 people per flight. In special circumstances we may ask the passengers to travel with the companion. Please refer to the (Traveling with a companion). * "The limitation of motion" refers to the passenger with the the condition of Paraplegic or quadriplegic. Passengers with the illnesses or medical conditions are required to show a health certificate upon check-in to ensure that they are fit to fly. For the sake of the safety of other passengers, we reserve the right to refuse to raise the passengers onto the plane when suffering from infectious, contagious or chronic diseases. Passengers with the special needs and passengers that are sick, including those that require care or carrying the tool/injection of medication onto the plane requested to contact our call center at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to tell the type of assistance required. Without notice early, can result in the service is not available at the time you arrive at the airport and you may be refused to be transported. For health and safety reasons, passengers with the special needs must check-in at the airport.

    7.3.1

    Traveling with a companion: We may require that you travel with the companion, when:

    1. It is important for safety reasons; or
    2. The passenger cannot help himself to evacuate from the plane; or
    3. The passengers cannot understand safety instructions.
    7.3.2

    The Placement of Seat: We will make the arrangements of decent seat for people with reduced mobility or special requests in accordance with the applicable law. We reserve the right to rearrange the seating at any time, including after boarding. It is very necessary for operational reasons, security, government regulations and safety or health reasons.

    7.4

    Pregnant Passengers: The passengers that are pregnant are obliged to tell us the condition of the pregnancy at the time of booking seat and at the check-in counter. The passengers that are pregnant and fly with us must meet the following requirements:

    1. Pregnancy up to 27 weeks (inclusive): Passengers must sign a Limited Liability Statement Citilink at the time of check-in to liberate Citilink from liability that arising from that.
    2. The pregnancy between 28 weeks and 34 weeks (inclusive):
      1. Passengers are required to submit an approved medical certificate that is confirming gestational age of the pregnancy and that the passenger is fit to travel. This certificate is a date not more than 30 days from the date of outbound or inbound flight departure scheduled, as is usually the case.
      2. Passengers must sign a limited liability statement Citilink at the time of check-in to liberate Citilink from liability arising from it.
    3. The Pregnancy of 35 weeks upwards: Passengers are not allowed to ride Citilink.
    7.5

    Infants aged 8 days/or below: We have the right not to carry infants aged eight (8) days or less. We may be willing to carry the baby in such age when the cariage is done with a formal written letter from the doctor and after the parents of a baby sign a Statement of Limited Responsibility.

    7.6

    Infants: To prevent hypoxia conditions and the possibility of other diseases, we are not allowed to bring infants aged less than 3 weeks to fly with us, with the the possibility that we can accept it if accompanied by a formal written letter from a doctor, and after the parents of a baby sign a declaration of responsibility.

  • Baggage
    8.1

    The items which can are not be accepted as baggage or may be taken as Baggage: We are reserved the right refuse to carry lugagge or items such as luggage, with the following terms:

    1. The items that are not properly packed in suitcases or other suitable containers in order to ensure it is safe to be transported with the usual way of transport;
    2. The items that are expected to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on the plane as specified in the regulation of Dangerous Objects of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (LATA) and our Terms and Conditions and Requirements Contract;
    3. The items that not allowed to be brought under the law, regulations or orders of any state or country of departure, countries of transit and country of arrival;
    4. The items which are reasonably considered by us to be unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, size, shape or character;
    5. The items that fragile or perishable;
    6. The animals alive or dead;
    7. The remains of human bodies or animals;
    8. Meals production of fresh or frozen seafood or other types of meat, dry goods brought in as a congenital that carried by hand only if we are satisfied with the way perfect packaging. Only styrofoam and/or cooler containing dry food/not easily destroyed that should be included as a luggage after being examined by the relevant authorities, if the passenger refuses to make an inspection we reserve the right to refuse to accept the luggage/baggage;
    9. The explosives, flammable gases or flammable (such as aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter chargers), gas cooled (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, paint thinners ), flammable solids such as (matches and lighters), organic peroxides (such as resins), poisons, penginfeksi objects (such as viruses, bacteria), radioactive material (such as radium), objects that are corrosive (such as acids, alkalis, mercury, thermometers), magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleach).
    8.2

    Valuable and Vulnerable Items: Passengers are strongly advised not to include such items into luggage. When is ultimately need to put into luggage, the passenger agrees to send the items to the transport at their own risk, these items including money, jewelry, precious metals, silver device, electronic tools, computers, cameras, video equipment, letters of negotiations, securities or other valuable objects and other the identification documents, letters of agreement, artifacts, manuscripts and the like.

    8.3

    The Right to Check: For reasons of safety and security, we may ask you to perform a search, an x-ray or other type of scan on your luggage; we reserve the right to search your luggage, without your presence, for the purpose of determining whether you have items that are unacceptable or prohibited. When you suddenly do the inspection or the scan, we are reserved the right to refuse to carry you or your belongings without refund your ticket and without any responsibility to you. In the cases where the examination or scanning resulting injury or damage to your luggage, we are not responsible for the injury or the damage unless it occurs because of our error or our negligence.

    8.4

    Checked Baggage: When the luggages that must be noted are sent to us, we will take over the luggage and will issue the Baggage Bookmarks Card for each registered baggage. Checked baggage should have your name written on it or other personal identification that well attached to it. Checked Baggage will, whenever possible, be carried on the same aircraft as you, unless we decide for safety, security or operational reasons we will carry it on an alternative flight. If your Checked Baggage is carried on a subsequent flight we will deliver it to you, unless applicable law requires you to be present for customs clearance.

    8.5

    Checked Baggage:  Citilink allows total of 20kg of checked luggage free of charge for domestic flights. Some items will be charged extra luggage. Please check the Cost Details for extra baggage fee.

    8.6

    Unchecked Baggage: Each passenger (excluding infants) are allowed to bring two (2) pieces of luggage to be carried onto the aircraft. The luggage type can be any combination of the following options: cabin bag or portable computer bag or handbag. the cabin bag size should not exceed the dimensions of 56cm X 36cm X 23cm and weighs should not exceed 7kg. The luggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in the luggage storage compartment. The goods that confirmed by us as excessive weight or size or naturally unusual will be banned from entering into the aircraft. In respect of the application of local laws and regulations passengers may carry liquids on the plane as hand luggage if they meet the following requirements:

    1. The liquid in the container with a maximum volume of 100 ml
    2. All liquid containers in accordance with the a maximum volume of 100 ml and can be put into a 1kg transparent plastic bag and can be closed

    The plastic bag must be presented separately in the security. You may be asked to dispose of liquids that do not confirm the above rules.

    8.7

    Intake and Delivery Items: You can take your luggage once it is available in Baggage Claim Area at the intended destination, if you do not pick it up within a reasonable period and the baggage should be kept in our place, we will charge a storage fee. If the checked baggage is not taken within a period of 1 (one) month that is provided to you, we will probably have to throw it away without any obligation to you. Only those who hold the Baggage Identification Tag that is given to the Passenger when enrolling the Baggage that is entitled to take baggage. If the passenger that took Baggage can not show evidence of Baggage Identification Tag, we will deliver the baggage to the passenger if he had shown evidence of ownership to us. When requested by us, the passenger must provide enough security so that we avoid the responsibility in case of loss, damage or costs as a result of the baggage that is delivered by us, The Acceptance of Baggage by the holder of Baggage Identification Tag without complaint in the time of delivery is an evidence that is prima facie that the Baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the the contract of carriage between us.

  • Schedule, Cancellation
    9.1

    Schedule: We will try our best to avoid delays in transporting you and your baggage. We will strive to keep the schedule published on the dates of the travel. However, the time specified in the itinerary, schedule or anywhere subject to change at any time and we are not responsible in any way for any loss that struck the passenger as a result of these changes.

    9.2

    The Cancellation of Flight, The Change of Flight Schedule: The tickets that have been purchased can not be returned, transferred schedule, and transferred ownership, anytime after the reservation is made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone rescheduling of any flight where we consider make sense to be justified by circumstances that is beyond our control or for the reasons of security or commercial. In case of cancellation of the flight, we based our choice, can do:

    1. Carrying you at the earliest opportunity to another of our scheduled services if seating is available at no additional cost and, if necessary, extend the validity of your booking, or
    2. If you choose to travel at another time, we will process the return ticket for the flight you have paid.
    9.3

    Single Replacement: With the exception of the applicable Conventions appliead, the options outlined in Article 9.2. (a), (b) and (c) is single and a single replacement is available for you

  • When You are in the Plane
    10.1

    If in our opinion your actions in the plane is endangering the aircraft and the passengers or the property on board, or obstruct or interfere with the crew in carrying out their duties, or do not obey the instructions of the crew including but not limited to those to our respect to smoke, to drink alcohol, to use mobile phone, or to issue any threat, violence or to insult the flight crew or to perform actions that cause anxiety, inconvenience, damage or injury to passengers and other flight crew, we may take the action that we feel necessary to avoid the continuation of such actions, including detention. You may be unloaded and rejected to be transported further at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board.

    10.2

    Where as the consequence of your actions we decide in the performance of our discretion, to divert the aircraft for the purpose of unloading you, then you will be responsible for any losses we suffer in any way as a result of doing the transfer.

    10.3

    For security reasons, we may prohibit or restrict the operation of electronic equipment on board, including but do not limited to, cellular phones, laptop computers, portable recording equipment, portable radios, tools disc player, electronic toys or transmitting devices, including radio controlled toys and walkie-talkies. Operation of hearing aids and pacemakers is allowed.

    10.4

    The passengers are not allowed to consume private food and beverages on board. All flights are adopting Non-Smoking regulations. 
    Preserved Meals: for example chocolate, biscuits, chips can be brought into the cabin baggage as long as not to be consumed on the plane. 
    The food which is not durable: is a product that will be damaged/rotten when exposed to certain conditions, such as the changes in temperature and humidity. When we found the perishable cooked food such as rice, noodles, sandwiches, then the food will not be allowed to be carried in cabin baggage and passengers must immediately discard it. 
    Fruits: Are allowed to be carried in cabin baggage in the condition that it must be wrapped properly and tightly, and are not to eat on the plane. Please note that durian, jackfruit and fruit with hard flavor that is universally prohibited brought into the cabin of the aircraft will not be allowed to be carried in cabin baggage.

  • Limitation of Liability
    11.1

    Under the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention Notice: If the passenger journey involves final destination or stop into a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention of 1999, and other conventions that can be applied or the relevant local laws can be applied and in many cases Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention 1999 or other conventions that are applied may limit the liability of the carrier in case of death or injury and loss of or damage to baggage.

    11.2

    Notice Baggage Liability Limitations: Liability for loss, delay, damage of baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared into the beginning, and performed an additional payment. Accountability for domestic travel and international travel vary, depending on the applicable law.

    11.3

    If the Warsaw Convention can not be enforced: When the Warsaw Convention can not be applied to your luggage, then the following rules are applied:

    1. All our responsibility for the damage will be reduced because of negligence on your part that resulted in or affect the damage in the compliance with the law that can be applied.
    2. We are not responsible on the Damage of checked Baggage or unregistered Baggage unless the damage was done due to our negligence and the Baggage was within our control or custody.
    3. Except in the case of an act or omission that is done intentionally to cause damage or negligence and consciously aware of the possibility of damage, then our responsibility in the event of damage to baggage checked and non-registered baggage must be limited to the number that are available as listed in the Cost Details. When the weight of the baggage are not recorded in the card luggage tag, it is assumed that the total weight of checked baggage does not exceed that is allowed for baggage weight limit for the transport class. In the case of checked baggage, a higher value will be declared in writing to get the facility of higher compensation. Our liability is limited to that highest value/price.
    4. We will not be responsible for any damages occurred because of our compliance with the laws or regulations applicable Government and regulations or the consequence of your failure to comply with the same thing.
    5. Unless there are special provisions made in the Terms & Conditions, we are liable only to pay compensation to you for losses that can be proven and the costs that incurred in accordance with applicable law.
    6. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your Baggage. You must take responsibility for the damage caused by your Baggage to goods, property of others, including our property.
    7. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the goods or items that are not allowed to be brought in Checked Baggage checked or unregistered, including but not limited to glassware or perishable goods, the items of special value, such as money, jewelry, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, letters negotiations, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports or other the identification documents, such as agreements or samples.
    8. We are not responsible for any disease or disability, including death related to your physical condition or because of poor development of such conditions.
    9. Contract of carriage including these Terms and Conditions and separating or limit the liability that applies to our authorized agents, servants, employees and representatives in similar restrictions that are enacted to us. The total amount that can be obtained from us and from authorized agents, servants, employees and agents, can not exceed the amount of your own responsibility.
    10. None of these Terms and Conditions of this Contract Requirements to eliminate segregation or limitation of our liability under the Warsaw Convention or other conventions that can be applied, or other law unless stated openly by us.
  • Modifications and Not Implementing
    13.1

    None of the agent, employee or our representative that have the right to change, modify or not implementing these Terms and Conditions.
