Terms of GarudaMiles
1. What is GarudaMiles?
GarudaMiles is a membership program of Citilink and Garuda Indonesia. Since February 27th 2017, Citilink’s membership program (Supergreen) has been officially integrated with Garuda Indonesia’s membership program (GarudaMiles) hence all Supergreen member become GarudaMiles member.
Each GarudaMiles member will earn miles, miles are points that will be earned each time member flying on Citilink eligible flight and / or transacting with GarudaMiles partner. The accumulated miles can be redeemed for a Citilink flight ticket. Miles will be continually accumulated during active membership and will be forfeited when membership is terminated.
2. How to register for GarudaMiles membership?
Here are the steps to register as GarudaMiles membership:
- Click the following link: https://member.citilink.co.id/#/register
- Complete the data on 'Personal Data'
- Click 'Save'
- Click the activation link on the email sent to your email.
- Registration for GarudaMiles membership is free of charge.
To register via Citilink mobile application, follow these steps:
- Download "Citilink" application on your mobile
- Open Citilink application and click "My Account"
- Click "Register"
- You will be redirected to website m-member.citilink.co.id
- Click "Masuk atau Daftar"
- Click "Sign Me Up"
- Fill in your email in "Your Active Email" column, then click "Next"
- Complete the data in "Personal Information", then click "Next"
- Enter the password, then click "Done"
- Click the activation link in the email sent to your email
- Registration for GarudaMiles membership is free of charge.
3. What if I have 2 (two) membership cards?
You may only have 1 (one) GarudaMiles membership number. If you have more than 1 (one) GarudaMiles membership number, then only one of the membership numbers can be accepted as valid. Miles contained in each membership card may be transferred to the account of the valid card. To merge an account, please contact cs@garudamiles.com.
4. What is the privilege of GarudaMiles when flying with Garuda Indonesia?
All the privileges and facilities given to GarudaMiles members, such as baggage addition, access to the executive lounge, executive check-in counter, priority stand-by, priority boarding and other benefits, only eligible for Garuda Indonesia flights by showing GarudaMiles membership card and Garuda Indonesia flight tickets to the authorized officers before using the facility.
5. What is the privilege of GarudaMiles when flying with Citilink?
GarudaMiles member privileges when using Citilink is that you will earn miles, miles are points that will be earned every time flying on Citilink eligible flight and / or transacting with GarudaMiles partner, that can be redeemed with Citilink flight tickets.
6. Do I have to re-register as GarudaMiles member if previously I have been registered as Supergreen?
If you are already a member of Supergreen, you do not need to re-register as GarudaMiles member.
To earn miles from Citilink flight, just show your GarudaMiles card at check-in counter before flying with Citilink.
To redeem miles for Citilink flight, log in with your GarudaMiles account email and password at https://member.citilink.co.id.
7. What is the meaning of miles?
Miles is points earned every time flying on Citilink's eligible flight and / or transacting with partners in the GarudaMiles program. The collected Miles can be redeemed with Citilink flight tickets (award ticket). Miles will be continually accumulated during active membership, and will be forfeited when membership is terminated.
8. How do I get miles from Citilink flight?
To earn miles on Citilink flights:
- Show your GarudaMiles card to check-in counter staff before flying with Citilink. Membership cards can be downloaded on the website https://member.citilink.co.id or Citilink mobile apps.
- If you use the web check-in or self check-in facility so that you do not meet the check-in counter staff for inputting your membership number, or to process claim miles from Citilink flight that have not been credited to your account please email to member.retro@citilink.co.id by attaching:
- GarudaMiles membership card; and
- E-ticket / boarding pass Citilink flight.
- Claim miles on Citilink flight must be submitted within 6 (six) months after flight activity. For your information, miles may only be earned on Citilink eligible flight based on ticket booking class.
9. How do I get miles from Garuda Indonesia flight?

10. How do I redeem miles on Citilink flights?
To redeem miles on Citilink flights:
- Visit the website https://member.citilink.co.id
- On the ‘Home’ page find the banner ‘Tukarkan miles Kamu Dengan Tiket Penerbangan’
- Next, do the award ticket reservation process and the e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail
- Cancellation requests for the Citilink flight ticket can be made by sending an email to member.refund@citilink.co.id. The refund request will be automatically canceled if the refund's supporting documents are not sent back to Citilink within 2x24 hours. For each award ticket cancellation a mileage deduction of 20% (twenty percent) of the total miles will be charged and the return of the award ticket can be made no later than 4 (four) hours before the initial flight.

12. What are the terms and conditions for Citilink award ticket changes?
Tickets purchased using miles (award ticket) are not eligible for changing route or changing schedule.
13. What are the terms and conditions for Citilink award ticket cancellation?
- In case of flight delay for more than 4 (four) hours, passenger with award ticket will get the same compensation as other regular passengers.
- In case of flight cancellation and all regular passengers are granted an endorsement, passengers with award tickets will get the same endorsement as other regular passengers.
- In case of flight cancellation by Citilink, the administration fee of Rp 75,000 will be refunded 100%. Please send your confirmation by email to member.refund@citilink.co.id.
- In the event of a flight cancellation by Citilink, miles that have been redeemed will be refunded 100%. Please send your confirmation by email to member.refund@citilink.co.id.
14. What are the terms and conditions for Citilink miles claim?
To process claim miles from Citilink flight that have not been credited to your account, please do the following:
- Visit https://member.citilink.co.id website, input your email and password that has been registered with GarudaMiles, then on the 'Home' page, click 'Claim Miles', please fill in the available fields according to flight data on Boarding Pass or E-Ticket
- Or send an email to member.retro@citilink.co.id by attaching:
- GarudaMiles membership card, and
- E-ticket / boarding pass Citilink flight
- Claim miles on Citilink flight must be submitted within 6 (six) months after flight activity. For your information, miles may only be earned on Citilink eligible flight based on ticket booking class.
